iTAX Quality Assurance Head

Minimum requirement:

BSc in IT and working experience for atleast one year


Task:

   - Coordinate with the iTAX development manager and the GFA consultant
   
   - Supervise
           the quality of handling 'tickets' (requests, errors) by our partners
           and assist in documentation and web presence
           and set proirities in development, especially the release management
           the organization of document management
           and assist in development of regulations (such as service level agreements)
           and assist in the development of a roadmap
